Managed n8n Hosting & Support
Your own n8n instance, properly deployed and quietly maintained.
- From
- ₹25,000 setup, ₹8,000/month managed
- Timeline
- Instance live in 2–3 working days
Self-hosting n8n is easy to start and easy to get wrong. The instances we inherit are usually running SQLite in a container with no backups, no HTTPS renewal and an encryption key nobody has saved — one reboot away from losing every credential.
We deploy it the way it should be: Postgres for persistence, Redis and workers when volume needs it, TLS that renews itself, nightly off-server backups, and monitoring that tells us before it tells you.
What we build
- Production deployment on your VPS, AWS, GCP or Hetzner — Docker or native systemd
- PostgreSQL persistence with nightly encrypted off-server backups
- Queue mode with Redis and horizontal workers for high throughput
- Nginx reverse proxy, Let's Encrypt TLS and automatic renewal
- SSO / LDAP and role-based access on n8n Enterprise
- Version upgrades tested against your workflows before they go live
- Uptime and execution-failure monitoring with alerting
- Disaster recovery drills — we restore from backup so you know it works
Examples of this work
Concrete builds rather than capability statements.
Rescuing a failed instance
The common failure is a default SQLite instance corrupting after the disk fills. Recovery means migrating to Postgres, restoring what's salvageable, and putting nightly backups and disk alerts in place so it can't recur.
Queue-mode scale-up
Once daily executions pass roughly 40,000, a single-process instance starts queuing webhooks and response times climb. Moving to queue mode with Redis and multiple workers brings them back under half a second.
Data-residency deployment
Deploying n8n inside your own VPC in an Indian region keeps customer PII on infrastructure you control — usually what an enterprise buyer's security review is asking for.
What you get
- Hardened n8n instance on a domain you control
- Documented infrastructure, credentials vault and restore procedure
- Backup schedule with a tested restore
- Monitoring dashboard and alert routing
- Monthly patching and version upgrades on retainer
Tools we use here

n8n hosting — questions we get asked
Whose server does it run on?
Yours. We deploy into infrastructure you own and pay for, so you keep root access and can move us out at any time. If you'd rather not manage a VPS at all, we can host it on ours under a support agreement.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Monitoring and alert response, version upgrades tested against your workflows, backup verification, security patching, and a fixed allowance of small workflow changes each month.
What about the n8n encryption key?
It's generated once and stored in your password manager plus our encrypted vault. Lose it and every stored credential becomes unreadable, so backing it up is part of the handover checklist rather than an afterthought.
