Questions about pricing
Why not charge hourly?
Because hourly pricing puts our interests against yours — we'd be paid more for taking longer. Fixed scope and fixed price means you know the number before we start, and the risk of an estimate being wrong sits with us.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
We quote the change before doing it. Small additions inside the original intent we usually absorb; anything material gets a written change request with its own price, which you approve or decline.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. The Starter tier exists precisely so a small business can get one meaningful automation without committing to a programme. Plenty of our long-term clients started with a single ₹18,000 workflow.
What are the ongoing costs after the build?
The platforms themselves — a VPS for n8n, your GHL subscription, WhatsApp conversation charges, model API usage. We tell you the expected monthly run rate before building so there are no surprises. A support retainer is optional, not assumed.
Do you offer a guarantee?
If a deliverable doesn't do what the agreed scope said it would, we fix it at no charge. If we can't make it work as specified, we refund the fees for that deliverable. That's in the refund policy, not just in a sales conversation.
Can we pay in instalments?
Project work is normally 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger engagements we bill against milestones. Retainers are monthly in advance.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — we work with clients across the US, UK, UAE and Australia, and bill in USD where preferred. Our overlap with those time zones is planned into the engagement.
