Who we are

What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:
- Contact details you submit through forms — name, email, phone, company
- The content of your enquiry and any subsequent correspondence
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring source
- Data you give us access to during an engagement, in order to build what you've asked for
Why we use it
We process personal data on the following bases:
- To respond to your enquiry and provide services you have requested (contract)
- To send you relevant information about our services, where you have opted in (consent)
- To improve the website and understand how it is used (legitimate interest)
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation)
Client data during engagements
When we build automations we are often given access to systems containing your customers' personal data. In that context you are the data controller and we act as a data processor on your instructions.
We access only what is necessary for the work, we do not copy client data outside the systems involved except where required to build and test, and we delete working copies at the end of an engagement. A separate Data Processing Agreement is available and we will sign yours if you prefer.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate — hosting, email delivery, analytics and payment processing — each bound by their own data protection obligations.
Where a service provider is located outside India, we rely on their standard contractual protections for that transfer.
AI and language models
Some of our services process content through third-party language model providers. Where we do this on your behalf, we use business API tiers that do not train on submitted data by default, and we tell you which provider is involved before building.
We do not submit your data to model providers for our own purposes.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client project records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, to meet tax and contractual requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing us.

Grievance officer
