For most local businesses the biggest leak isn't marketing, it's the phone. Calls during a busy hour, after closing, or while the one person who answers is with a customer simply go to a competitor.

A voice agent picks up on the first ring, every time. It answers the common questions, qualifies the caller, books into a real calendar, and logs the whole thing in the CRM with a recording and transcript.

Scope

What we build

  • Inbound receptionist — answers, qualifies, books and routes
  • Outbound qualification and appointment-reminder calling
  • Natural conversation with interruption handling, not IVR menus
  • Live calendar availability and real booking, not a callback promise
  • Warm transfer to a human when the caller asks or the agent is unsure
  • English and Hindi, with accent handling tuned for Indian callers
  • Call recording, transcript and CRM logging on every call
  • Post-call actions: SMS confirmations, follow-up tasks, WhatsApp summaries
In practice

Examples of this work

Concrete builds rather than capability statements.

After-hours clinic reception

Handles appointment booking, clinic timings, location and prep instructions from 8pm to 9am, transferring genuine emergencies straight to the on-call number.

Outbound lead qualification

Calls new portal leads within two minutes, confirms budget and requirement, and books the interested ones onto a sales rep's calendar — leaving the rep only qualified conversations.

Missed-call recovery

Any unanswered call triggers an immediate AI callback rather than a text, recovering enquiries that would otherwise be lost.

FAQ

Voice AI agents — questions we get asked

Will callers know it's an AI?

It sounds natural, but we recommend disclosing it — and in several jurisdictions you must. In practice callers care far more about getting an immediate answer than about who gave it.

What does it cost per call?

Typically ₹6–15 per minute all-in across telephony, speech and model costs. A three-minute booking call runs around ₹25 — considerably less than a missed enquiry.

What happens when it can't handle something?

It transfers. We define the escalation triggers explicitly — complaints, unusual requests, or the caller simply asking for a person — and route to a human or take a message with a callback commitment.
