Managed Automation & Support

Someone whose job it is to notice when your automation breaks.

Automations decay. APIs change without notice, credentials expire, a supplier renames a field, volume outgrows the design. The failure is usually silent — you find out when a customer complains.

A retainer puts monitoring and a named owner behind everything you run, plus a monthly allowance of changes so improvements don't need a new proposal each time.

Scope

What we build

  • Execution monitoring across n8n, Zapier, Make and GHL
  • Alert response within an agreed SLA
  • API deprecation tracking and proactive migration
  • Credential and certificate renewal management
  • Monthly allowance of new builds and changes
  • Performance and cost optimisation reviews
  • Backup verification and disaster-recovery testing
  • Monthly report on executions, failures, hours saved and cost
In practice

Examples of this work

Concrete builds rather than capability statements.

Silent failure caught

A payment gateway changed a webhook payload field. Monitoring caught the parse failure within minutes; it was fixed before a single order was affected.

Continuous improvement

A retainer client has added 30+ workflows over 18 months, one or two a month, without a single new proposal or procurement cycle.

FAQ

Managed automation — questions we get asked

Will you support automations we didn't build?

Yes, after a short audit. We need to understand and document what exists before we can promise to keep it running — that audit is usually one to two weeks and is charged separately.

What's the SLA?

Standard is a 4-business-hour response on critical failures and next-business-day on everything else. Faster tiers including weekend cover are available where the workflows justify it.

What counts against the monthly change allowance?

New workflows, modifications, new integrations and report changes, measured in hours. Fixing something we built stays free — that's a defect, not a change.
