We started automation.ai.in after watching the same thing happen repeatedly: a business buys eight good software products, and then hires people to move data between them by hand. The software works. The gaps between it don't.
Our work is closing those gaps. Sometimes that's a single n8n workflow that saves six hours a week. Sometimes it's an entire order-to-cash process that used to touch five people. The approach is the same either way — understand the process properly, build the cheapest thing that solves it, document it, and make sure someone finds out when it breaks.
We're based in India and work with clients here and across the US, UK, UAE and Australia. Being here means we understand the parts most automation advice skips: GST and e-invoicing, Tally sitting on a desktop in the accounts room, WhatsApp as the real customer channel, IndiaMART as a lead source that decides who wins.

Workflows run in your accounts under your credentials. We hand over the exports, the docs and the walkthrough. Any developer can pick it up.

We take no commission from any platform. When we say n8n over Zapier — or that your current setup is fine — there's nothing behind it.
Built to survive contact
Error branches, retries, idempotency and alerting on every workflow. The automation still works six months after handover.
