SMS & Email Automation

Messages that land in the inbox, not the spam folder or a DLT rejection.

2–3 weeks including warm-up

Email and SMS are still the cheapest channels you have, and the ones most businesses run badly. Half the emails go to spam because DMARC was never configured; half the SMS fail because the DLT template didn't match.

We fix the infrastructure first, then build the sequences. Sending more messages through a broken setup only accelerates the damage.

Scope

What we build

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration with monitoring
  • Domain and IP warm-up for new sending infrastructure
  • DLT registration guidance for Indian SMS — entity, header and template approval
  • Transactional message design for OTP, order and account events
  • Lifecycle sequences: onboarding, nurture, winback, renewal
  • List hygiene, bounce handling and suppression management
  • A/B testing and deliverability monitoring
  • Migration between ESPs without losing sender reputation
In practice

Examples of this work

Concrete builds rather than capability statements.

Deliverability rescue

When open rates collapse, the cause is almost always missing DMARC plus a blacklisted shared IP. The fix is a properly authenticated sending domain, a multi-week warm-up and a purge of unengaged addresses — in that order.

Payment reminder ladder

Escalating reminders across email, SMS and WhatsApp at 3, 7, 15 and 30 days overdue, stopping instantly on payment and flagging disputes to a human.

Deliverables

What you get

  • Authenticated sending domains with DMARC reporting
  • DLT-registered headers and templates where applicable
  • Built sequences with entry and exit rules
  • Deliverability baseline and monitoring

FAQ

SMS & email — questions we get asked

What is DLT and do we need it?

DLT is TRAI's mandatory registry for commercial SMS in India. Without a registered entity, header and template, your messages are rejected by the operators. We guide the registration, though the approval timeline is the operator's.

Why are our emails going to spam?

Usually authentication. If SPF, DKIM and DMARC aren't aligned, Gmail and Outlook treat you as suspicious regardless of content. After that it's list quality — sending to old, unengaged addresses trains the filters against you.
