RPA & Legacy System Automation

When there's no API, we automate the interface.

Plenty of critical business software — government portals, old desktop ERPs, banking interfaces — offers no API at all. The only way in is the way a human goes in.

UI automation is more fragile than an API integration and we're upfront about that. We use it where it's the only option, and we design it to fail loudly rather than silently.

  • Desktop application automation on Windows

  • Report downloading and parsing from legacy systems

FAQ

RPA — questions we get asked

How reliable is UI automation really?

Less reliable than an API, and it needs maintenance whenever the interface changes. We always check for an API, a data export or a database view first, and only recommend RPA when there's genuinely no alternative.
