Data Automation & Sync
Data that updates itself, cleans itself and reconciles itself.

- 2–4 weeks
Somewhere in your business there is a spreadsheet that someone updates every morning by copying from two other places. It's usually load-bearing, and it usually breaks when that person takes leave.
We replace those with automated pipelines that pull from the source, clean and validate, and publish where people actually need the data.
What we build
- Scheduled and event-driven data sync between systems
- Deduplication, normalisation and format standardisation
- Validation rules with an exception queue for bad records
- Enrichment from internal and third-party sources
- Google Sheets and Excel automation, plus migration to real databases
- Airtable, Notion and Baserow structure design
- Historical backfill and incremental update strategy
Examples of this work
Concrete builds rather than capability statements.
Daily report retired
Replaced a two-hour manual consolidation across five branch spreadsheets with a pipeline that publishes a validated dashboard at 6am.
Contact hygiene
Deduped 180,000 contacts across three systems, normalised Indian phone formats, and set up ongoing rules so the mess doesn't rebuild.
What you get
- Automated pipelines with monitoring
- Data quality rules and exception handling
- Cleaned baseline dataset
- Documentation of sources and refresh cadence
Tools we use here
- n8n
